Booking an appointment with Tattoo Tampa Bay means you agree to what follows. Read it before you send a deposit — none of it is a surprise on the day.
1. Age and ID (Florida law)
You must be at least 18. A valid government photo ID — driver's licence, state ID or passport — is required at the appointment. No exceptions, and no amount of rescheduling gets around it.
2. Deposits and rescheduling
- Every appointment takes a non-refundable deposit. It holds your date and pays for the drawing time that happens before you sit down.
- The deposit comes off the final price of the tattoo.
- Rescheduling needs at least 48 hours' notice. Less than that, or a no-show, forfeits the deposit.
3. Health and safety
- You need to be in good health. We cannot tattoo you if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking blood-thinning medication.
- You cannot be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Arriving intoxicated ends the appointment and forfeits the deposit.
- Tell the booking manager about medical conditions and serious allergies before booking, not on the day.
4. Right to refuse service
We work in a private, safe setting and reserve the right to refuse service — for inappropriate behaviour, for poor hygiene, or for a request that sits outside what our artists do well.
5. Artwork and touch-ups
- Custom designs remain the intellectual property of the artist who drew them.
- We stand behind the work: one free touch-up within 60 days of the session if a section heals patchy, drops out, or has minor line issues — provided you followed the aftercare instructions. We need a quick look in person to assess it.
- After 60 days, or where the damage comes from picking or sun rather than the tattoo itself, touch-ups are quoted at a discounted rate. Hands, fingers and feet are excluded from the free window — they wear too fast for any guarantee to mean anything.
