This policy covers Tattoo Tampa Bay (tattootampabay.com). It explains what we collect when you visit the site or message our booking manager, what we do with it, and how to have it removed.
1. What we collect
When you ask for a quote or book an appointment, we may collect:
- your name;
- your phone number, for WhatsApp, iMessage or SMS;
- your email address;
- reference images and the description of your tattoo idea.
We collect this because you send it to us — there is no form on this site that gathers anything in the background.
2. What we use it for
- quoting your piece accurately;
- scheduling and managing your private appointment in St. Petersburg, FL;
- sending you what you need for the session and for healing afterwards;
- improving the site and our advertising, through aggregate Google Analytics data.
3. Analytics and cookies
The site loads Google Tag Manager, which in turn loads Google Analytics 4. That sets cookies used to count visits and to see which pages and buttons lead to a booking request. The data is aggregate — it tells us that a page was visited, not who you are. We also use it to measure Google Ads campaigns.
4. Sharing and security
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. It is shared only with our booking manager and the artist assigned to your project. The site is hosted on Vercel, and messages reach us through WhatsApp Business, Instagram or email — each of those services handles your message under its own terms.
5. Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted, at any time and without explanation. Write to unstylers.support@gmail.com and we will confirm once it is done.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than quietly edited in.
